Create a CUAHSI Research Notebooks section in open learning materials

In order to ensure content organization, we should create a CUAHSI Research Notebook collection (similar to the hydroinformatics book). The Collecting and Manipulating AORC Data notebook should be moved into this collection and any subsequent CUAHSI research notebooks added to the WCP should also be located within this collection.
