Add CMake build automation

What do you think about adding CMake to automate builds? If I do this, will you add it to the project?

Hey, what would that accomplish? Isn't the build already automated? The build.bat file should be used to build the program. They only problem could be the path to the vcvars.bat file, that could be different on different machines.
