Remove obsolete Visual C++ 6.0 project files

Delete the VC6 .dsp projects and their .dsw workspaces (main game + RPG), superseded by the .vcproj/.vcxproj files (2002-2019). The macOS and Linux builds derive their source lists from the .2019.vcxproj files.
