My fps is not consistent across OS

I tried to adjust sleeping milliseconds in renderingEngine, but the with the same sleeping milliseconds, the program failed on macOS and succeeded in windows (both consistently as I manually ran them many times). I would like to ask if the platform variation will affect the final test?

The grading will be done on a MacOS/Linux machine. But I don't think the platform is the root cause.
Please use @RepeatedTest on the FPS test and try more times.
