fix: place_a7_03_kreuz_flensburg - rephrase Glücksburg Withheld (#12)

The previous "ruling houses of Denmark, Greece, and eventually the
United Kingdom" enumeration pattern-matched the standard Wikipedia
summary construction too closely. The fact (the dynasty produced
still-reigning royals) is uncopyrightable, but the three-country list
is the source's expression. Replace with a single concrete reference
(the current Danish royal house) - same point, builder voice.

Closes the W1 borderline cadence flagged in the v0.4.0 review.
