feat(docs): W1 — Compile Boundary landing (CompileSeam hero, sheet cards, title-block footer)

The hero is the product: studio.arch typewrites in a carbon source pane
while the real compiler draws the plan line-by-line on a paper sheet
(prefix-compile with auto-balanced braces, keep-last-good, SSR renders
the settled state, viewBox-locked stage for zero CLS, reduced-motion
settles immediately, replay affordance). VPFeatures replaced by
drafting-sheet feature cards (A-101…A-105) with real compiled plans,
a describe() schedule section on a fresh Garden Loft plan, a carbon
agents band, and a footer that is a literal title block. Home nav goes
opaque carbon over the hero; BrandHero/FlowingLines retired.
