Inclusion of Shaders in MpvEx

Hello , i am one of Contributors of MpvEx , saw this repo today , i would be glad if you can somehow integrate this in MpvEx and make a PR , i dont know bits and pieces of MpvConfig or shaders so requesting it here , again Thanks for this do consider this request !
