A TAB with information on getting started with linux.

Now that the microwin tab is going to be dropped, it would be nice to replace it with something that a growing number of people might want to try to do and use instead of windos. Espescially with the way microsoft is running windows into the ground.

This could be a collection of tips and tricks, or links, to useful information to anyone who might want to make the leap, it could even include the linux handbook or link to it.

Any further ideas are welcome, whether this even fits into winutil I'm not a 100% sure about, but if people like the idea, why not?
