Choose Install Path

I have all the necessary programs installed on my C: drive. When I built my latest PC i installed 4 NVME and 3 SSD's knowing what and how I wanted to organize everything this time around to handle my heavier programs, storage, cache as well as Docs, Pictures, Video and Downloads. I have plenty of drives I setup my New build where I keep OS all by its lonesome. When I use WinUtil it installs all programs automatically on the C: drive.
I would love to use it more but I don't get the option on where to install anything. I sure could use the option to decide where to install each program. I do have them all on D: but maybe some would like the option do decide when installing, where they want it.
Just a thought. Unless it exists already and I missed it ?
