Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the Contributors Leaderboard only shows overall contributor rankings. There is no dedicated place to highlight specific releases or acknowledge contributors who worked on individual release cycles from different repositories (e.g. Mobile App, Vue Simulator).
As a result:
- Contributors are not recognized per release
- Major releases from different repos are not easily discoverable
- Maintainers have no central place to link release acknowledgements
Describe the solution you'd like
Introduce a Releases page for the Contributors Leaderboard that:
- Lists releases from repositories such as:
- Mobile App
- Vue Simulator
- (and other relevant repos)
- Shows a short summary for each release
- Highlights top contributors for that specific release
- Can be linked from announcements or release notes
This page should focus on recognition and visibility, not detailed changelogs.
Describe alternatives you've considered
none
Additional context
This page can act as:
- Public acknowledgment for contributors
- A historical record of releases across repos
- A single source of truth for contributor recognition per release
Are you working on this? (Yes/No)
No
Important
Before starting work, contributors should comment on this issue with:
- The repositories they plan to support (e.g. Mobile App, Vue Simulator)
- The data source for releases
- A brief UI/UX approach for the release page
