I have been trying to stitch together the UAV Processing Toolbox with the cBathy Toolbox but I have been experiencing some problems with using the final mBw.mat file resulting from sampleAerielleVideoDemoPIX. When running the cBathy and inputting the mBw.mat as the stack file I always receive this error message:
I realize that when running sampleAerielleVideoDemoPIX, r.cams,xyz(1,:) = NaN NaN 0. I believe this is what is causing the error and I was hoping to get some help about it.
