Negative grid not allowed?

Hi i was successful in generating the timestack images using the CIRN toolbox but I am unable to process them and retrieve the max run-up values because the grid used consists of negative values. How do I work around that or should I have done something differently when generating the grid in the CIRN toolbox? (Note: I am comparing methods of data collection and as such need to collect run-up along predefined transect lines.)

Hi! Without knowing more details, I suspect that the runup tool is expecting a grid where the x (cross-shore) coordinate is positive and increasing offshore. Can you post more details about the error you are getting?
