As part of CosmoStat/cs_util#75, we're moving the cosmology theory-curve machinery into cs_util.cosmo (per a conversation with Martin) so the collaboration has a single home for it.
sp_validation/cosmo_inference/ currently re-rolls its own inline CCL ξ± recipe. @LisaGoh @sachaguer — could you weigh in on whether that duplicated recipe should be repointed at the one cs_util.cosmo location? This is also where we'd unify the two theory-ξ± APIs (xipm_theo → get_theo_xi) as cleanup.
