Not an issue, just didn't know where else to put this
The regular macOS installer using Docker does not work. I have found a solution and made an easy to follow guide that I am happy to be used in the official documentation if wanted. Here is the new Dockerfile and the instructions for installation:
RTF to TXT install guide.txt
