That’s fine with me thanks for your feedback. IMO stamps was originally ideated (to me) from mike it’s true. But we all worked on the technicals of the concept it wasn’t like mike invented it alone and Kevin and I implemented. Just a nuance and I don’t mind. Thanks for your support.

well first off this one has spelling and grammatical errors, and is now back to the "lofty" and too long (literally too many characters) explanation.

the whole point here is to just get people situated with a quick explanation to have them click on the links to learn more. they can learn the deeper ideas for all these topics on the websites linked...

Some artists still mint with the original method, but the Olga upgrade (activated at block 865,000) is the default today. Olga moves storage from bare multisig to P2WSH witness scripts. The P2WSH output hash stays in the UTXO set as immutable proof, while the encoded data sits in the witness portion of the transaction. Permanence holds, transaction weight drops, and fees fall 30-95% versus 2/3 multisig depending on size and network conditions. A 24KB image that cost around 480,000 sats under multisig now runs about 160,000 sats with Olga. P2WSH also gets better miner priority when fees spike. Since launching in 2023, the protocol has crossed 1.7 million stamps minted, with a growing roster of artists and collections.
