Remove duplicate MH Wilds listing

I added "MH Wilds" in the same ordering that the game entries under monsters are ordered in. I made the formatting consistent with MH Rise, though this is kind of inconsistent with MH World.
Either way, I don't think we need to list MH Wilds twice.
