Retainer Inventories Leading to Incorrect Item Counts for Crafting

Describe the bug
After gathering crafting mats from retainers, Allagan Tools continues to display that mats are still on retainer. Search for Item functionality in game does not show material on retainer. This is creating a false inventory count to Artisan for crafts.

To Reproduce

1. Build craft in Artisan
2. Search for material in inventory to validate material count
3. Select "Restock from Retainers" in Artisan
4. Observe materials collected from retainer
5. Mouse over item in inventory, see display for player inventory and retainer inventory of material
6. Search for Item with game functionality and confirm material no longer on retainer
7. Check Artisan Ingredients list, see material still showing on retainer
8. Disable Allagan Tools and Search for Item again
9. Validate that all material is in player inventory

Expected behavior
Allagan Tools material location to update to reflect correct item counts. Artisan correctly pulls the data from Allagan Tools to not give false data for material stock.

Did an uninstall of plugin. Confirmed plugin was no longer in installedPlugins nor config in pluginConfigs. Reinstalled fresh copy and issue reappeared. As soon as the plugin is disabled, the issue resolves.

Running Linux. Fellow player also on Linux not experiencing issue. Wondering if there might be something else feeding in and causing impact.

Try it without artisan, I don't support 3PP
I use linux as well and I can't say I've had any issues with totals updating.

I guess things you can check:

1. Does AT actually register the correct values in it's main lists?
2. Is there anything in your logs?
