Expose the full body of finished-intelligence reports and the full actor profile. Today the intel search tools return metadata only (title, short description, targeting); the report body and the full actor narrative are not retrievable through falcon-mcp.
Use Case
As an analyst researching an actor or reading a finished-intel report, I want the full report text and the complete actor profile, so an actor/report question returns analytic depth rather than a one-line summary.

Proposed Solution
Add tools to fetch report entities/body (and optionally the report PDF) and to fetch the full actor profile (the __full__ field set). These use the same intel scope already required by the existing intel tools, so no additional scope grant is needed.
