Add a few things to improve the ticket system

Describe the solution you'd like

Then you have to include a way to sort by priority (only show priority high sorted by time created and open)
And also a way for staff to change the priority without the database
Show priority on the actual ticket page in the info box

I implemented ability to change priority and category. What about sorting, you can combine sort by priority and update time by clicking sort menu of the datatable with shift
