Code Mapping Logic Assessment

The recently implemented Code Mapping service needs to be assessed to determine whether or not the expression iteration accounts for all occurrences of the ConceptEvaluator in the library.

I assume this has to be done in the ELM package itself? I would be curious to see how it's done, I'm guessing there's something in the antlr-generation that would help us determine every case of Concept tokens.
