Hi hisat2 authors and users. I have multiple samples, and the number of reads and quality control conditions of these samples are basically similar, and hisat2 is run with the same parameters. The other samples finished running in about half an hour and occupied approximately 6GB of memory during runtime. However, one of the samples has not been completed in 60 hours so far and is consuming 300g of memory during runtime. This is really weird. What's going on? How to solve this problem？Thanks for any advices!
