Make DoctrineODM / MongoDB compatible?

Hi,

As far as I've found in the docs, this package only works with DoctrineORM / SQL?

I've not read trough the full source code yet, but probably you can already tell if it would be easy to made this package also compatible with DoctrineODM / MongoDB? (I think Doctrine ORM and ODM both depend on the same event manager system this library also hooks into?)
