Decoupling input (S, M, N, P, Q) and output (stan_files, data, plot)

There is no need to translate .mdl vesim to .stan stan, compile to .hpp(+unix exec) when M (number of posterior daraws is only thing changing. However, M changes data and plot folder. Workflow considering the following dependency is needed.

S, N, P, Q -> M
stan_files -> data -> plot
