Changing prebuild-devcontainer.json without the paired .devcontainer/datadog/default/devcontainer.json update makes the prebuild-workspace-image-check job fail: .gitlab/.pre/common/prebuild-workspace-image.yml runs tools/prebuild-devcontainer-check.sh for this directory, and that script exits non-zero whenever a changed prebuild-devcontainer.json has no associated devcontainer.json change. Please include the regenerated prebuilt image digest (or wait for the campaigner commit) so the dependency bump is mergeable.
