Due to recent legislation (e.g., S.3062 future identification requirements) that protects ID vendors, not children, the following is amended: This system is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. By using this software, you represent that you are an adult.
Andrew is safer than any commercial chatbot. But legislation doesn't measure safety. It measures compliance budgets.
