Getting Started

Prerequisites

Before diving into the Kardan Programming Competition, ensure you have the following prerequisites:

  • A modern web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari).
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts and web technologies.
  • An internet connection.

For Participants

  1. Sign-in: Visit the Kardan Programming Competition website and sign in using your given credentials.
  2. Join a Contest: Browse through the list of available contests and join one that suits your skill level and interests.
  3. Start Coding: Once the contest begins, access the programming challenges, and start coding in the built-in editor. You can test your solutions and submit them for evaluation.
  4. Track Your Progress: Keep an eye on the leaderboard to see how you rank among other contestants. Use the feedback from each submission to improve your solutions.

For Administrators

  1. Administrator Access: Log in through the administrator portal using your credentials.
  2. Dashboard Navigation: Use the admin dashboard to create new contests, upload questions, and manage participant entries.
  3. Question Management: Upload new programming challenges, specifying the question details, input/output requirements, and difficulty level.
  4. Monitor Contests: Oversee live contests, view submissions, and adjust contest settings as necessary.

Installation Instructions

Prerequisites

  • Ensure you have Node.js and npm installed. Visit the Node.js official website for download and installation instructions.

Clone the Repository

git clone git@github.com:ElhamDevelopmentStudio/KardanLeetCode.git

Install Dependencies

  • Navigate to your project directory and execute: npm install

Environment Setup:

Configure the necessary environment variables in the .env file, including API keys, database URLs, and other essential configurations.

Running the Application

To start the application, run: npm start This command launches the application on localhost (typically at localhost:3000).
