Backticks not rendered correctly

Expectation is that markdown inline backticks (`) are forcing code blocks vs inlineing.

Markdown example,

I have a fix for this but can't offer a simple PR because the changes are in the turbovault_parser repo which is private.

So, this PR has a code-changes.md and a couple of patch files so you can use it if you like.
