Sending message does not work

I'm not sure if this is the wrapper's issue, or a schoology-being-lame issue, but sending private messages do not work. It gives a 500 error :(

I've run into this. If you pass a dict with key-value pairs as outlined here, directly to schoolopy._post, with the 'messages' url, it works fine. You can also pass the Message object directly to schoolopy._post, since they're interpreted as a dictionary. I think this is happening because requests takes a "Dictionary, list of tuples, bytes, or file-like object" and the .json() function in the models file return a string encoding of the dictionary, which causes the 500 error.

message_test = {"subject": "Test", "message": "Testing Again!", "recipient_ids":"#######"}
sc_session._post('messages', message_test)

Alternately, you could take out the .json() call in the create_message function in the schoolopy/main.py file:

    def create_message(self, message):
        """
        Create a new message.

        :param message: Message object to create.
        """
        if isinstance(message.recipient_ids, list):
            message.recipient_ids = ','.join(message.recipient_ids)
        return Message(self._post('messages', message)) # previously message.json()

The same issue and fix happened to me with updating users.

Unfortunately I'm quite far-removed at this point from having access to a Schoology instance to develop and test against, but would be very open to a PR to fix this. :)
