User ID error Dallas region (update/correct user 19502 to Air Supply)

Hello F3 Nation team. We appreciate the slack integration. One issue: One of our PAX was assigned a numeric user name rather than his actual F3 name.

He is labeled as "19502"

His correct F3 name is "Air Supply." He attempted to update on his end, but could not. Thus, can someone update on the back end

@luchador0001 how did he try to update it? Please have him go to https://me.f3nation.com and try. everyone has a number like that. When it shows up in PV, it means he doesn't have an F3 Name on his profile. The link above will allow him to set it.
