Animate to methods

As Flutter allows for simple animations, I think it would be nice for this package to have animate to methods. So when we want to set a new scale or offset, we could easily give an optional curve and/or a duration.

• AnimatedFloatingOverlayController
  • Create animation to offset
  • Create animation to scale
  • Create animation to rotate when Add Rotation option #2 is done
  • Create animation to fade
• Create animateTo method
  • Develop a good input method for complex and simple animations
