Introduce `begin` and `end` blocks like Lazy's `@>` to avoid `|>`

The proposed syntax would be

@hose something begin
   fn1
   fn2
   fn3(x, _)
end

would be equivalent to fn3(x, fn2(fn1(something)))

Note that this actually makes debugging at the REPL more difficult. It's harder to copy and paste part of your chain because you need to add an end
