Change FRR log file permissions

Hi everyone,
Please help to find out how to change permissions for log file (to 0644).
Writing log file /var/log/frr/frr.log to vtysh. Log file permissions are 0640.

Command log extended ... seems to be absent in vtysh.
Tried to compile with enable-logfile-mask=0644 - nothing changed.

Edit /etc/logrotate.d/frr and change the line which says

        create 0640 frr frr

to read

        create 0640 syslog adm

Then run systemctl restart logrotate

Then go to /var/log and run chown -R syslog:adm frr/
