BGP ipv6 LL peer

Hi. Is it possible to configure and establish bgp peer on ipv6 only with juniper hardware? I have unsuccessful results with frr - zebra always indicates that nht is on eth0. show bgp ipv6 summary indicates that peer is established, but packets does not transmits. On "Juniper 's side" there is an error - no neg peer with me. Any help will be welcome.
