Crash when Crash

What happened?

When game crashes in sub editor with no sub selected the crash handler itself crashes with NRE at SubmarineInfo.get_MD5Hash()
It doesn't happen anywhere else in the game or if you have some sub opened

Reproduction steps

The easiest way to see this:

• go to dlc testing build, open sub editor, enter modcrashtest command -> crashreportslim
• open sub editor again, open some sub, enter modcrashtest command -> normal crashreport

simple crash command from debug build for some reason doesn't trigger crash handler

It's not DLC specific, i discovered it by attaching throwing finalizer to GameMain.Update (for scientific purposes)
