The damage junction boxes take is relative when having overvolatage. I.e. if the current power is 400 and the load is 200 the junction takes damage, as opposed to, the current power is 1200 and the load is 1000, there is no damage. This greatly punishes consuming little power (like disabling the oxygen generator if not needed).
My suggestion is to make the damage threshold absolute, not relative. This makes more sense logically to me (a junction should not care about having 2v instead of 1v, if it is totally fine with having 1500v instead of 1000v) and is more intuitive (we figured this out after reading the wiki and having constantly burning junctions despite a manual reactor and battery controller).
