Catalogue crate shelves makes transport submarines obsolete

I managed to increase the cargo capacity on board our Barsuk from four to twenty. The customisation you can get away with is cool, but it does pull balance into question. It's an item that you don't even need a research station as a prerequisite for. Also it makes makeshift shelves obsolete.
Catalogue should have some items marked as station AND submarine compatible, whereas others are restricted. I quite liked placing spare generators in unused rooms for example, and extra beds in the medbay.
