Incorrect Chinese Localization

What happened?

1. Some changes made to Simplified Chinese in the update are not present in Traditional Chinese.

2. Curiously this line is correct in Traditional Chinese but not in Simplified Chinese:

3. "Perk points" has potentially misleading Chinese localization.
   Currently, they share the same translation as "Talent points" in game, which in Chinese typically refers to points used for some kind of skill trees. However, the perk points are used for submarine upgrades and equipment purchases, which are not reflected in the translation and could be confusing.
   It would be better to use a more inclusive term, like "配置点", instead, to mark the distinction between "perk points" and "talent points".
