Wrong crates positioning on Makeshift Shelves

What happened?

Crates placed on the Makeshift Shelves have incorrect positioning inside the submarine interior.

On screenshot:
1 - Installed Makeshift Shelves.
2 - Medic Crate and its positioning.
3 - Metal Crate and its positioning.

As you can see, the crates are not placed where they are supposed to be.

Reproduction steps

1. Craft Makeshift Shelves
2. Install Makeshift Shelves somewhere inside a submarine
3. Put some crates on Makeshift Shelves
4. Crates appear in wrong positions

I have verified game file integrity through Steam with no problem and don't use any mods.

There is a save file with Orca 2 sub and Makeshift Shelves installed in the Fabricator Room:
