Application stops responding when type a Key already assigned to other Action

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Keybindings page
2. Try assigning a key already assigned to other action
3. Apps just stops responding, gets hanged - just after it assigns None
4. To come out of that, Task manager - force end Task...

Expected behavior
It should show a toaster or notification which you guys show for other things, like Cannot assign this key, and highlight the Action Shortcut which that key is assigned to
