Bug Summary

パネルサイドバーの + ボタンからパネルを追加するときに幅を0にすると指定を無視されます。
about:hub#/features/sidebar から追加・編集する場合は指定可能です。

Reproduction Steps

1. パネルサイドバーの + ボタンから何らかのパネルを幅0で追加します。

Expected Behavior

パネルサイドバーの + ボタンからパネルを追加するときに幅を0にすると正常に反映されます。

Actual Behavior

パネルサイドバーの + ボタンからパネルを追加するときに幅を0にすると指定を無視され、450pxとして設定されます。
