[Bug]: Navigation buttons are freezing

Bug Summary

I cannot move backward and forward, it is not responsible to clicks

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to any page, mercari.com can be an example. but this happens everywhere
2. clicking on links, browsing
3. At some moment back and forward buttons stop working

Expected Behavior

Normal navigation, all buttons functioning

Buttons not clickable
