chore(deps): upgrade dependencies

Run npm-check-updates with a 3-day cooldown. Notable major bumps:
vite 6→8, vitest 2→4, typescript 5.6→6, vue-router 4→5, echarts 5→6,
vue-echarts 7→8, @vueuse/core 11→14, jsdom 25→29, vue-tsc 2→3.

Drop the now-deprecated `baseUrl` from tsconfig — TypeScript 6
resolves `paths` relative to the tsconfig location, so it's no
longer needed.
