Check and Fix Rescheduling of Tasks in Master

After implementing new task IDs this feature must be checked.
Task rescheduling might not work.

Confirmed, master component needs an update to reschedule stucked task-ids, if the proper controller is gone. This might lead in an inconsistent state, since that task is not resend and processed.
