XNAT work instruction review

Having used the already brilliantly detailed work instruction, I have the some suggestions:

• Could a link to an example CSV upload file be include, showing the required headings, formats (.csv/.txt) ?
• the link to the XNAT website for uploading csv's is broken.
• ensure the Subjects names are unique AND the session names are unique. As in, all subjects in your project can have the sessions with the same name eg. "RT-MRI" needs to be RT_MRI001 for subject 001, RT_MRI002 for subject 002. (could this be a bug in the XNAT Software?)
• You dont need to assign a new project to the subjects in pre-archive, if you select "Import from PACS" in your project. saves a bit of effort!
• maybe some screen shots to break up the wall of text?
