Fix #356: Implement Comprehensive Cross-Chain Support

Summary

This PR implements comprehensive cross-chain support for the Gatheraa staking contracts, enabling multi-chain deployment and interoperability across Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, and Stellar networks.
