Codeberg Migration

As of today, the Codeberg migration has started!

This means that issues and PRs should be opened on https://codeberg.org/GeopJr/Tuba

The translations have also moved to Codeberg's weblate instance https://translate.codeberg.org/engage/tuba/

Please bare with me as I move forward with replacing all the links to the new platforms in all the metadata.

P.S. the repo is now locked to previous contributors. All the issues and PRs have migrated over, but I'll leave them open here too for a while, just to notify those involved. Nightly links, artifacts, releases and commits will be mirrored from Codeberg. The wiki won't be mirrored. Distro maintainers are kindly asked to update the links to the Codeberg ones on the next release as GitHub will only be a mirror from now on.

Uh oh / ugh, all the tickets and comments I have filed have not been migrated in a way that attributes them to my user (I have the same username over there), I think maybe because my GitHub account was not set to publicly list my email address and presumably import scripts need that. I wonder if there's a way to fix that 🤔

Actually, my github profile was set to reveal its email address, but my codeberg profile wasn't, and it was using a "plus addressing" variant.

But anyway, my goal with keeping the issues here open is to notify users that there are updates over on Codeberg when there are any

Presumably that would remain correctly associated even if were to ever unlink those accounts in the future for whatever reason, I suppose...
