Sometimes when you revisit you can get stuck on the welcome screen

This has happened a couple of times to me, but have yet to replicable steps. I will update here when I can. Likely, something to do with the timeouts on the Splash page.

Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: play() failed because the user didn't interact with the document first. https://goo.gl/xX8pDD might be causing the issue, I see it mostly on reload where the full splash seems to be skipped.

I will keep digging and see if I can replicate locally. It has happened quite a few times on me over the past for weeks.

So this exception isn't being caught in a promise, so first thing would be to handle that.

I thought it might need muted added as to avoid this but it seems it already does.
