Missing installation file

Hi，the installation failed because the setup.py file is not included in the repo.

Can be solved by using the setup.py from https://github.com/somo-google-colab/somogym_fork_vitoria_2.git (taken from the coolabs from the somogym and somo-rl projects). It'll be good if it is included in the repo.
