[Question]: RAG chat cannot return information from the selected knowledge base

Your Question

In the chat box, I have attached one pdf, then an RAG chat worked.

I have a knowledge base with dozens of pdf added, but RAG chat cannot return information from the knowledge base. This used to work in v1.3.x, but failed in v1.4.2.

How to reproduce

Grab the uc berkeley pdf book: Principles and Practice of Deep Representation Learning
Split a the pdf to get the first 20 pages as one pdf file: uc_berkeley_pages_0001_0020.pdf
I think I have got the book somewhere from the DeepTutor website.

TutorBot also ignored all the knowledge bases. TutorBot does not allow any choice of knowledge bases. I would assume TutorBot covers all knowledge bases.
