How do I adjust LightRAG's working language?（help!）

As shown in the figure, I have set the document processing output language to Chinese in the .env configuration file.

However, when I uploaded a Chinese classic story, LightRAG extracted a lot of English entities and relationships. This does not meet my expectations and usage requirements, and I need your help. The LLM I use is deepseek-v3, and the embedding model is bge-m3。

谢谢，我按你的办法试了，刚开始还是不行，包括把提示词的抽取实体的样例全部改写成中文例子。都不行。后来又试着换模型，qwen-plus 换 qwen-max，不知道试了多少次之后，突然就可以了。然后我想确认究竟是哪个因素影响，结果把提示词改回英文，模型换回去，奇怪的是现在怎么搞都可以抽取出中文实体。估计可能 lightrag 的多级缓存对之前的操作有一定误判。现在每次操作都在控制台网页上清空数据和缓存。
